2: CONSULTATION
After receiving your enquiry, a dedicated member of the team will reach out to you and get the ball rolling. Whether you prefer a personalised phone call, a virtual video chat, or a hands-on site visit, we'll work with you to find the best approach that suits your unique needs and preferences
The consultation is a crucial opportunity for you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our philosophy and for us to fully grasp your specific needs and requirements. Together, we'll work towards creating the extension that you require.
3: QUOTE
After the consultation, it's time for us to get to work, generating your bespoke quote using the details gathered from our recent discussions.
The initial quote will detail a full breakdown of what's included and the Terms & Conditions to ensure full transparency right from the start.
Amongst many other things, we pride ourselves on efficiency. As long as there is nothing too technical about your build you will have your price within 48 hours!
4: SITE CONSULTATION
The site survey is a vital stage of the process, as it allows us to fully understand the build conditions, such as the foundation requirements, electrical installations, site access, and any hazards or obstructions.
By completing a site survey we ensure there aren't any unwanted surprises that will slow down the building of your extension. What we really love about site surveys is the chance to meet our future clients and build lasting relationships. We can't wait to meet you!
5: FINAL QUOTE
Following the site visit, we will amend and finalise the quote if need be. Now it's time for you to decide if we are the right people for the job..... we hope we have made a good impression!
If you are completely happy with the quote and would like to secure your East Anglia Construction build, we will require a 30% deposit. We can then give you an installation date and it's time for the countdown to begin!
Our prices will never change halfway through a job. The price is the price.
6: ORDER REVIEW
If you have given the go ahead to proceed with your order then we will send you a detailed contract and deposit invoice. Payment terms can be discussed but we usually require a 30% deposit in order to start work on your project.
Upon receipt of a signed contract which details all inclusions, Terms & Conditions, and payment terms, we will get our engineers started on designing your building.
This is the stage where everything such as size and style of windows and doors, flooring choices and electrical layouts are discussed. You will also receive 2D and 3D digital visuals of the build to review.
7: MANUFACTURE
Now we have your designs signed off, we will proceed with manufacturing your steel frame in our extensive LGS factory facility.
Here at East Anglia Construction, we are proud to partner with the world’s leading cold formed steel system FRAMECAD, which combines both engineering and design software in one user friendly package. What is more, is that it helps deliver large scale light gauge steel (otherwise commonly known as LGS) construction projects faster with its advanced steel framing automated process.
Our team are experts in ensuring your steel frame is manufactured to the engineers exact requirements, and leaves our factory in panelised form, ready for quick erection.
8: INSTALLATION
This is usually the most exciting time for our customers, as they finally get to see the product they have been eagerly anticipating.
The build process typically takes around 4-5 weeks, though this can vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. During this period, our team will be working diligently to ensure every detail meets your expectations, from the initial framework to the final touches. We will keep you updated throughout each stage to make sure you are fully informed and satisfied with the progress.
You can count on our team to be fully dedicated to your project, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted service throughout the day.
9: FINAL SIGN-OFF
It's handover day! This is the final stage in the process, where we take you for a walk around the building to ensure you are happy with every aspect, which we are sure you will be!
Once you are happy, and only if you are happy, it's time for you to take the keys and move in. How exciting!
